For many, many years The Griffin was sponsored by the Debonair Deceiver (Noel Massey) and his company, Wepre Home Care, Noel is the glue which holds North Wales Magic Circle together. He never asks for thanks, so here the editorial staff of The Griffin would like to pubicly thank him for his years and years and years and years and years of service to our magical society. Bob Scott prints, collates, staples and distributes the hard copies of each month's editions, in between his other hobby of head butting trees.

The current editor is Howie Fay, who took the reins from Paul Ingram in November 2001. Past editors include that literary giant, Derek Lawrence and Eddie Thomas (who graces the cover of the April 2004 edition). It is thought by many that the current editor has dragged the esteemed and ancient publication into the gutter in true tabloid style and introduced such memorable items as Make Your Own Trevor, Page 3 Topless Magicians, Mad Cow Corner, a series of gags spanning over two years now, involving the same picture of two cows in a field, Rocky Raccoon as both Agony Aunt and Celebrity Chef. Check out your future with Arthur Booker's uncannily accurate monthly horoscope. It has also introduced Kevy the Alien and his insane cartoons to a wider audience.

So don't miss out on all the magical news and gossip, wickedly funny comedy and great pictures. Get your regular supply with the fabulous Griffin every month.
